Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed, qualified and experienced consultancy firms to provide consultancy services for the proposed PRCS Model Training & Development Centre for Youth & Volunteers at NHQ, Islamabad. The assignment includes site/structural feasibility assessment, architectural and detailed engineering design, preparation of tender-ready procurement/construction packages, and construction supervision. The core design assignment is expected to be completed in approximately 06 weeks from contract commencement (supervision component excluded).
Interested firms must submit sealed Technical and Financial Proposals in accordance with the Tender Documents and Terms of Reference.
