Key auction conditions:
- Highest bidder/purchaser must immediately deposit 25% of the bid amount by pay order in the name of the Nazir, Banking Court No. I, Karachi, and submit a photocopy of CNIC. No cheque or cash will be accepted for the deposit.
- Balance of the purchase money shall be paid by the successful purchaser as required by the Court.
- Government taxes and dues related to the sale shall be borne by the auction purchaser.
- The sale is subject to confirmation by the Court. The Court reserves the right to cancel the auction or to not accept any bid, even if it is the highest.
