National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Resident Engineer – Civil (OG-I). This is a contractual role to support project delivery, supervision and cost control for Bank construction and renovation projects.

| Educational / Professional Qualifications | Minimum B.E. (Civil) or B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC. Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or relevant certification preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Candidates having work experience in a bank and/or financial institution would be preferred. |
| Required Skills & Expertise | Project estimation, project billing and execution; ability to multitask with cross-functional teams; strong written and verbal communication; analytical and problem-solving skills; business acumen; time management; proficient in MS Office. |
| Main Duties & Responsibilities | Perform site visits for assessment and reporting; prepare cost estimates for projects; review and analyze layout plans; prepare bidding documents per Bank policy; review and verify project bills/invoices; coordinate with project consultants, branches and regional offices; issue valuation certificates for House Building Finance (HBF); supervise building construction and renovation; provide on-site supervision and perform assignments as directed by supervisors. |
| Employment Type & Term | Contractual basis for three (3) years, which may be renewed at the discretion of management. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s policy/rules. |
| Assessment / Interview | Only shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be invited for test and/or panel interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview. |
