| Key qualifications | Degree in Development Studies, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent from an HEC-recognised degree awarding institution. HEC equivalence certificate required for foreign qualifications. |
| Experience & skills | Substantial senior management experience with demonstrated expertise in project management, construction sector, infrastructure development or equivalent; strong knowledge of government laws, rules and policies related to project and public financial management; good interpersonal and communication skills. |
| Fit & legal requirements | Must meet the Fit and Proper Criteria as laid down in Schedule IV of the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023. Appointment subject to post-requisite NOC(s) from the relevant Ministry/Department and/or Central Monitoring Unit/Finance Division as applicable. Declaration on stamp paper (Rs.100/- or above) verified by an Oath Commissioner is required. |
