SEPCO Invitation to E-Bids for Distribution Transformers, HT Structures and Electrical Materials (Regional Stores Rohri & Larkana)

Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO). SEPCO invites electronic E-Bids from registered / prequalified firms, manufacturers and general order suppliers for supply of distribution transformers, HT/LT structures, steel cross arms, meters, earthing material and other electrical distribution items for delivery on Free Carrier Store (FCS) basis to SEPCO Regional Stores, Rohri & Larkana.

Procurement method: Single Stage–One Envelope Procedure on FCS basis. Bidding is electronic only via the e-PAk Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and will be conducted under applicable PPRA rules.

Scope of packages includes (non-exhaustive list): 50 kVA, 100 kVA and 200 kVA distribution transformers; HT steel structures (34" & 38"), 11kV cross arm sets, meter security boxes, LT & HT bushings, earthing units, fuse kits, PG connectors and assorted distribution accessories and spares. Specific tender packages and quantities are published on EPADS with individual EPADS reference numbers.

Key bidder requirements and conditions:

• All bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS (EPADS v2.0). Vendors who are not registered on EPADS must register prior to submission.
• Original bid securities (bank guarantee / CDR / banker’s cheque) as required in the bidding documents must be delivered to the Procuring Agency before bid opening.
• All bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR if required by the tender documents.
• Bid validity: 100 days for Tender Nos. 139926 to 141426 & 142226; 75 days for Tender Nos. 141526 & 142126 (as specified in the bidding documents).
