The lowest evaluated bidder shall submit a Performance Security/Guarantee equal to 5% of the bid amount within 15 days of uploading of the Letter of Intent (LOI), in favour of the Executive Engineer, 7th Buildings Division, Lahore. Acceptable forms: CDR, Bank Draft, Cashier's Cheque or Bank Guarantee only. Other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
