The Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites Islamabad/Rawalpindi-based firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and enlisted as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue to apply for pre-qualification (framework agreement) for the provision of furniture items and after sale repair/maintenance services.
Applications and pre-qualification documents are available for download from the HEC website. Completed applications must reach the Purchase Section, Executive Block Basement, Room No 1-B (6), HEC, N-9/4, Islamabad by 2026-07-28 13:30 hrs. Applications will be opened the same day at 14:00 hrs. The notice is also available on the PPRA website.
