DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi EOI: Fuel Station Facility at Park Road (Margalla Orchard)

Defence Housing Authority, Islamabad-Rawalpindi invites Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to submit an Expression of Interest to develop and operate a fuel station facility at a prime site on Park Road (Margalla Orchard). The parcel is approximately 5 kanals and the opportunity is exclusively available to company operating OMCs. Financial terms cited for shortlisted OMCs include a monthly reserved rent of Rs. 10,000,000 and an upfront land utilization amount of Rs. 600,000,000; full details will be provided to shortlisted applicants.

Interested OMCs must submit an EOI with company profile, relevant fuel-station operating experience, evidence of financial capability and a proposed concept.
