Key submission & inquiry instructions:

- Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically by scanning the QR codes associated with each tender, not later than 24 September 2026 during official working hours.

- Hard copies of the CDR must be submitted to the QC Islamabad Office at: Plot No 1-C, class III, Saba Market, Street No 112, Sector G11/3 — no later than 25 September 2026 by 14:00 (2:00 PM).
- Hard copies of technical/financial proposals will not be accepted; follow electronic submission procedure.
- Qatar Charity reserves the right to award projects to multiple vendors across different geographical locations.
