Tender: Pre-Qualification of Firms for Repair & Maintenance Services — Deputy Commissioner, ICT Islamabad

Office of the Deputy Commissioner (G), Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) invites pre-qualification proposals from reputed firms/suppliers/contractors for repair and maintenance services for FY 2026-2027 (extendable up to 3 years) under Open Framework Agreement as per Rule 16-A of PPRA Rules, 2004. Bidders must be registered with SECP or as a business with FBR, appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and hold NTN/GST where applicable.

Key submission requirements: Security deposit of Rs.100,000.00 (separately for each work discipline) in the form of a pay order in favor of Deputy Commissioner, ICT; bids submitted through EPADS (https://epprocure.gov.pk) and a hard copy must reach the office address below by the stated deadline. Bidding documents available on PPRA (www.ppra.gov.pk), EPADS and www.ictadministration.com.pk. Taxes will be deducted as per law. Use of false documents or malpractice will lead to blacklisting. The Deputy Commissioner, ICT reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA rules.

Submission method: Upload through EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System) and submit a hard copy to the Deputy Commissioner (G), ICT office. Bidding instructions and documents are available on PPRA, EPADS and ICT Administration websites.
