Eligibility & Submission Requirements
Registered/renewed firms with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) meeting the following minimum requirements are eligible to bid: PEC Category C6 (Financial limit cited), valid registration and relevant experience. Bidders must submit specified tender documents, financial bids, bid security and other documents as per the tender rules. Firms must comply with PPRA rules and MEPCO bidding procedures.
