Tender: Improvement of Facilities at Police Training College Quetta — Multiple Package Works (2026)

Issuer: Executive Engineer (Building), Sariab CW, PP&H Department, District Quetta. Invitation for bids for improvement works at Police Training College (PTC) Quetta for the year 2026 on composite schedule rates.

Procurement rules: Procurements will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding. Mandatory registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System is required for all bidders.

Key requirements and conditions:

• Tender fee: PKR 2,000 (non‑refundable).
• Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost for each work, in the form of Deposit at Call / Bank Guarantee by a scheduled bank.
• Registration: Presence on the Active Tax Payers List; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
• Experience & capacity: The firm must have completed two assignments of similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity via turnover of the three preceding years as specified in bidding documents.
• PEC registration: Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration C‑3 or above (up to PKR 500 million) in the relevant category and specialized code mentioned in bidding documents.
• Tender fee deposit: PKR 2,000 to be deposited to Account C‑02716 in NBP or Government treasury in the shape of a Green Challan in favour of the undersigned.
• Power of Attorney: A Power of Attorney on PKR 100 stamp paper authorizing the person submitting the bid must accompany the bid and include the name and CNIC of the authorized person.
• Submission method: Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard on the EPPS. Tender documents / NIT & bidding documents are available electronically (websites referenced in the notice).
