Government of the Punjab, Youth Affairs & Sports Department invites E-bids on a lot basis for framework contracts from eligible firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order service providers (and JVs if applicable) registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. Contracts will be awarded separately for each lot. E-bids will be received under single-stage, two-envelope procedure via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Submission method: Complete E-bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://lep.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must submit separate E-bids for each lot they wish to contest. All E-bids must be accompanied by the required e-Bid Security as indicated above in favour of the Section Officer (General), Youth Affairs & Sports Department.
Original bid security: The original bid security must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number, lot and title before the E-bid submission deadline at: Punjab Football Stadium, Nishtar Park Sports Complex, Ferozpur Road, Lahore.
Notes & availability: Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and may be downloaded from the PPRA website. Bidders are responsible for timely upload on the Punjab e-procurement portal. In case of an official holiday on the day of submission, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
