E‑Tender: Rehabilitation of Metalled Road (Suyal Hotel to Husnain Chowk) — Municipal Corporation Multan

Office of the Municipal Corporation Multan invites e-bids from contractors/firms registered with Punjab PPRA e-Procurement and Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category/codes for 2022-27) for work rates based on MRS 2nd Bi‑Annual‑2026 (1 July to 31 December) in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2014.

Eligibility & procurement instructions:

- Bidders must be registered on Punjab e‑Procurement (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and hold PEC registration in the required category/codes for 2022-27.

- Bidding documents and BOQs must be downloaded and bids uploaded through the Punjab E‑Procurement System. Bids must quote rates on MRS 2nd Bi‑Annual‑2026.

- Earnest money as stated above is required. Other procedural and qualification requirements apply as per the Punjab e‑Procurement System and PPRA rules.

Submission & opening:

- Last date and time for e‑bid submission: 2026-10-05 at 10:00 AM (UTC+5 Pakistan Standard Time).

- E‑bids opening date and time: 2026-10-06 at 11:00 AM.

- Contractors or their authorized representatives may attend the bid opening at the office of Municipal Corporation Multan.
