Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division (PHED), Sheikhupura invites sealed tenders under EPADS (Single Stage Two Envelope) for the approved development scheme listed below (Deposit Works).

Eligibility: Registered contractors/firms with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category/specialization and compliance with PPRA/EPADS requirements.

Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost in favor of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Sheikhupura (as stated in the tender documents).

Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted online through the e‑EPADS portal using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules.
