The Finance Department, Government of Balochistan invites sealed proposals (RFP) from reputed HR / professional recruitment firms to provide recruitment support services for C‑Suite and key executive positions of the proposed Bank of Balochistan. Services include sourcing, screening, assessment, verification and written recommendations in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

| Experience | At least 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity, worth PKR 3 million each, in the previous 5 years (preferably for banks, financial institutions, public sector organisations or regulated entities) |
| Turnover | Accumulated turnover of at least PKR 10 million in the previous 3 years |
| Registrations & Compliance | Registered with relevant regulatory/tax authorities (including NTN and BRA / provincial sales tax where applicable); must be on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan |
The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Incomplete proposals or proposals received after the due date/time will not be considered.
