Key Responsibilities: Develop customer and business propositions and sales execution strategy for maximum efficiency across the branch network; develop and jointly execute marketing and sales programs/campaigns with appropriate sales collateral; strengthen and deepen customer relationships and cross-sell BOP products in branches; ensure compliance with SBP guidelines, internal policies and procedures; provide product and sales training to branch staff; drive prospecting and onboarding of institutional/corporate clients for business and networking; ensure branch staffing productivity targets (including PB, PBO and CSO) and branch deposit base growth targets.
