WAPDA Hiring: Security Officer (BPS-16) — Retired Armed Forces JCOs

Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites applications for the post of Security Officer on regular basis under the “Decade of Dams” initiative. Eligible retired Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) from the Armed Forces may apply.

Key conditions: Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview; no TA/DA. No age relaxation beyond prescribed limit; age calculated as on last date of receipt of applications. Original documents must be produced at interview. Initial appointment on probation for 1 year. Candidates dismissed or removed from service on disciplinary grounds will be rejected. Medical and physical fitness required. WAPDA reserves the right to withhold/cancel the recruitment process or alter number of posts.

How to apply: Apply online via the Centralized Testing Service (CTS) website: www.ctspak.com within 15 days of publication of the advertisement. A test fee of Rs. 170/- is payable to CTS at Bank Alfalah, UBL, MCB or BankIslami on the prescribed challan downloadable from the CTS website; candidates must attach the deposit slip with the application. Submit online application and attach attested copies of educational certificates, domicile, CNIC, discharge/retirement documents, and recent passport-size photographs. Original documents to be presented at interview. Candidates will be informed of the test schedule through the CTS website.
