TMA Lachi Notice Inviting Tenders (EPADS) – CSR Works 2026-27

Office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Lachi invites sealed tenders through the Electronic Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS) for corporate social responsibility (CSR) works for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered/enlisted with the Local Councils Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, KPPRA & PEC in the relevant category and have current-year registration/enlistment renewal. Registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for 2026-27 is also required.

Important bid conditions:

• All bids must be accompanied by bid security (call deposit) equal to 2% of the estimated cost in favour of TMO, TMA Lachi; scheduled bank CDRs acceptable.
• Bids quoting up to 10% below the Engineer’s Estimate: submit 2% bid security. Bids quoting more than 10% and up to 20% below require additional security (see tender terms). Bids more than 20% below the estimate will be considered only with additional security and detailed justification or may be rejected.
• Sealed bids must be sent via registered mail/courier where applicable; processing and evaluation will follow EPADS and Market Rate System procedures as advertised.
• All taxes, duties and other recoverable withholdings will be applied as per government rules. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject bids or cancel the procurement process.
