Tender Notice — Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad (Multiple Packages)

Ayub Medical & Teaching Institute (MTI-ATH), Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad invites bids from eligible firms/bidders in accordance with KP-PPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must register on the KP-eprocure/EPADS portal and submit documents as instructed.

Key Instructions & Conditions:

- Tender documents and other requirements are available for registered bidders on KP-EPADS (https://kp.ecprocure.gov.pk) and the hospital website (https://ath.gov.pk/new-tenders).

- Scanned copies (preferably of original documents) of bids are to be uploaded through EPADS. An original hard copy of bid security in sealed envelope, original receipt of tender fee Rs.1,500 (non-refundable) or bank draft in favor of the undersigned, and other required documents must be submitted physically before the closing date & time. Documents must be attested where required (Oath Commissioner/Notary Public) and marked with the name of the tender.

- Bidders must register on EPADS and submit their bids through the portal. Bids submitted without EPADS registration will not be entertained.

- Bids should be prepared in accordance with instruction given in the bidding documents. Bids will be opened on the same day and time as mentioned above in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Pre-bid meeting: For serials 1 & 2 on 2026-09-17; for remaining tenders on 2026-09-22 at 10:00 hrs in the hospital Director's conference room.

- If the tender opening date is a public/gazetted holiday or the office remains closed for any reason, the tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same time without change in terms & conditions.
