Municipal Corporation Faisalabad (Chief Officer) invites electronic bids (e‑Bids) from eligible, experienced, tax‑registered, financially sound contractors/firms enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant categories for Annual Framework Contracts for Faisalabad City for the Financial Year 2026‑27. Bidding, submission and opening will be conducted through the Punjab e‑Procurement System (Punjab e‑PS).

Key submission and eligibility information:
- Last date/time to upload bids electronically via Punjab e‑PS: 2026-10-12 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 01:00 PM in Iqbal Hall, MC Office, Faisalabad, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and contractors or their authorized representatives.
- Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e‑Procurement System (Punjab e‑PS) only. Hard copies of bids are not required.
- Bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost of the quoted items must be submitted electronically through Punjab e‑PS. Physical financial instruments (CDRs, pay orders, bank guarantees) shall not be accepted for bid submission; however, rules regarding deposit/performance security apply for variations beyond ±5% of the estimated cost.
- Procurement will follow Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules. PPRA/Punjab Procurement Rules will be strictly applicable. Tender details and documents are available on the Punjab e‑PS portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx).
