Submission & Opening: E-bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 2026-10-12 up to 11:00 A.M. Bids will be opened through EPADS the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of attending parties.
Pricing & Terms: Prices should be quoted in Pakistani rupees inclusive of all taxes and duties. Terms and conditions are available on EPADS (www.epads.gov.pk), PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk) and NESPAK (www.nespak.com.pk) websites. NESPAK reserves the right to reject all bids according to Rule 33 of PPRA.
