Auction Notice — Cafeteria (Laterova) at University of Okara

University of Okara invites electronic bids for the auction of its cafeteria (Laterova). Eligible bidders include firms/companies, proprietors and service providers registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System / PPRA and relevant tax authorities.

How to apply / obtain documents: Bidding documents are available free of cost from the Office of the Chief Engineer, University of Okara, and may be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab e-Procurement System (eprocurement portal).

Key terms:

• Auction will be conducted under the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure in accordance with Clause 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
• The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals in accordance with the PPRA Rules.
• All procurement will be processed through the Punjab e-Procurement System (applicants must be registered on the system).
• Earnest money / bid security must be deposited digitally through the Online Payment System of the Punjab e-Procurement System as specified; digital submission of bid security is mandatory.
• Bid security and all submissions must be uploaded via the Punjab e-Procurement System only — manual/hard-copy submissions will not be accepted.
