The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids on EPADS v2.0 for the construction of the Federal Election Academy and other offices of the Election Commission of Pakistan at H-11/4, Islamabad. Bidders must register on EPADS (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/) and submit e-bids through EPADS; required bid security (Pay Order/Call at Deposit) is specified in the bidding document.
Submission deadline: Tuesday, 21 July 2026 at 11:30 AM; e-bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. The procurement will follow Single Stage–Two Envelope LCBS procedure under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
