Invitation to Bid — Outsourced Support Services for Punjab ADR Authority (PADRA), Lahore

Punjab Alternative Dispute Resolution Authority (PADRA) invites sealed/electronic bids from eligible firms and companies for the provision of outsourced support services. Services are required at PADRA headquarters in Lahore. Bidders must be registered with statutory authorities and comply with relevant laws and PPRA/ Punjab e-Procurement rules.

Key instructions: electronic bid submission is mandatory via the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical bid proposals submitted by post, courier, email, or hand delivery will be rejected. Bidders must register at the Punjab vendors portal and follow the PPRA/ Punjab e-Procurement procedures. Bidding documents and other procurement information are available through the Punjab procurement/e-procurement portals. Bid security (5%) is required for each lot as indicated.

• Electronic bid submission is required; register at the e-vendors portal as instructed by the Punjab e-Procurement system.
• Bidding documents and category/lot details can be obtained via the Punjab e-Procurement / PPRA portals.
• Physical bids will be rejected. Late proposals or proposals received by other means will not be considered.
• Technical proposals will be opened on the e-Procurement system in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives, as per published schedule.
• The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
