Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences (Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute), Lahore invites applications from male and female candidates for admission to the BS Medical Laboratory Technology semester-based degree program affiliated with the University of Health Sciences, Lahore for the Fall 2026 session.

Eligibility

Admission is subject to passing HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with at least 60% marks in aggregate. In case a candidate does not meet the minimum 60% aggregate in HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent, admission will be cancelled irrespective of merit position.

Application procedure & fee

Application forms are available from the Accounts section of the institute on payment of Rs. 1,500 via bank challan at National Bank of Pakistan, Shaikh Zayed Hospital Branch (Branch No. 1707), A/C No. 3154820095. Forms are issued during office hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–14:30 and Friday 08:00–12:00 (mid-day).

• Matric & F.Sc (Part I & II) certificates — 2 copies
• Domicile certificate — 2 copies
• Computerized ID Card / B-Form — 2 copies
• Candidate's father computerized ID Card — 2 copies
• Four passport-size photographs

No hostel facility (female/male) will be provided by the institute.

Important dates & schedule

Note: Candidates will not be informed personally; applicants should confirm their status on the merit list displayed at the institute. On announcement of HSSC (Pre-Medical) Part-II or equivalent result, the result copy must be submitted to the Admin Office within three days or the candidate's name will be removed from the merit list.
