Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites prequalification applications for an Open Framework Agreement for the on‑demand procurement of non‑consultancy services and supplies for PMDC collieries/range. Prequalified firms/suppliers/service providers will be eligible to receive invitations to bid and to sign the framework agreement following completion of the bidding process.
Applications must be prepared in accordance with the Prequalification Documents and submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0. Late submissions will not be entertained.
