Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan invites sealed bids for the supply of Microsoft Office 365 licenses, operations support, and migration services under the Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) framework. The contract includes management of HEC's centralized Microsoft 365 tenants, tenant migrations for affiliated institutions, provisioning and management of EES licenses, tenant-and‑tenant migrations on demand, delivery of ETAs/training, security and digital autonomy services across the higher education sector.
