MES Tender Notice DWSCE/6000-Advt-Sgd/98/E-6 — Emergency Works (PAF Bases)

Issuer: Military Engineer Services — Office of DWSCE (PAF), Chaldala. Tender Notice No. DWSCE/6000-Advt-Sgd/98/E-6 dated 09 Sep 2026. Procurement under PPRA Rule 42-c(v) of 2004 for emergency works described as "Provision of certain facilities at PAF Base."

Submission deadline and opening: Tenders must be received in the office of the Accepting Officer by 11:30 Hrs on 28 Sep 2026 and will be opened at 12:00 Hrs on the same date.

Eligibility and document requirements:

• Applicants must submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials as required.
• Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with a Government Department and that no outstanding Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation report exists against them.
• Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of PEC registration; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
• Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories A and B with relevant experience should apply.
• The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules.
