DHA Gujranwala EOI for Pre-Qualification of Contractors — Infrastructure, Street Lighting & Misc Works

Issuer: Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala. DHA Gujranwala invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification of reputed firms/contractors for multiple infrastructure and related works. Only sealed EOIs with supporting documents will be considered.

Purpose: Pre-qualification of contractors for construction, supply, installation and testing/commissioning of street lights, and miscellaneous civil works across DHA Gujranwala sectors. Shortlisted firms will be invited to participate in the bidding process.

Eligibility (key requirements): Active PEC registration in the relevant categories stated above; adequate construction experience in relevant fields; at least five completed projects of similar nature in the last five years; active NTN and GST registration; not blacklisted by any government/semi-government department.

Required documents: company profile and organization chart; valid PEC registration certificate; NTN & GST registration certificates; list of owned/leased equipment; CVs of key technical/site staff; affidavit of no litigation/blacklisting; evidence of similar completed or running projects; audited financial statements for the last three years.

Submission details: Sealed EOIs with supporting documents must reach the DHA Gujranwala office within fifteen (15) days of this publication. Incomplete or late EOIs will not be entertained. Issuer reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning a reason. This EOI does not warrant award of any contract.
