University of Narowal Tender: Landscape Work at New Campus (Commercial, Academic & Admin Areas)

Issuer: University of Narowal (New Campus). Invitation to bids for landscape work in front of the Commercial Center, Academic Area and Admin Building under the project “Strengthening of University of Narowal”. Bids will be processed under single stage single envelope procedure as per PPRA rules.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and with valid FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority registration and an active tax profile are eligible.

- A single package containing Technical and Financial bids, duly signed, stamped and completed with the Tender Document must be submitted online on the e-Procurement Punjab System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) by the closing time.

- Submission window on the e-Procurement portal runs until 09:00 AM to the close of submission of bids. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. This procurement is conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules-2014.

- Original Bid Security (as specified) in the name of “Treasurer, University of Narowal” must be submitted to the Project Director, Office: 1st Floor, Admin Block University of Narowal New Campus, Shakargarh Road Narowal, before the closing time of e-Bid submission.
