State Bank of Pakistan (BSC) — Invitation to e-Bid (EPADS)

Issuer: State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC), Engineering Department, Head Office Karachi. SBP-BSC invites e-bids through EPADS v2.0 under Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. E-bidding documents (terms, conditions, specifications) are available on EPADS. All e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before the date/time specified for each procurement; e-bids will be opened on EPADS v2.0 at the scheduled time. Manual submission of bids is not entertained.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded in EPADS at bid submission; the original Bid Security must be submitted to the procuring agency at the address below before the bid opening deadline. Failure to submit the original Bid Security will result in disqualification.
