Issuer: Office of the Director, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Zonal Office Lahore. Tender No. 01/2026-27 dated 10.09.2026 for outsourcing non‑consultancy Class‑IV services for FIA Zonal Office Lahore.

Services sought: outsourcing of Class‑IV personnel including the following roles:

Submission method and deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted via the ePADS 2.0 portal on or before 2026-09-23 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the Conference Room, FIA Zonal Office Lahore.

Key conditions: Bid security/earnest money (refundable) is required; bids without required security will be rejected. Quoted rates will remain applicable for one year from commencement. Applicable taxes (Income Tax, withholding tax, Sales Tax where relevant) will be deducted in accordance with the law. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in accordance with Rule 30 of PPRA Rules, 2004.
