Issuer: Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala. Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification of reputed firms/contractors for multiple infrastructure and services works in DHA Gujranwala. Sealed EOIs with supporting documents must reach the DHA Gujranwala office within fifteen (15) days of this publication. Incomplete or late submissions will not be entertained. Only shortlisted firms will be invited to participate in the bidding process. DHA Gujranwala reserves the right to reject any or all applications.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Active PEC registration in relevant category: CB/CA for Projects 1–2; C3/C2 or above for Projects 3–4.
- Adequate construction experience in relevant fields (similar projects).
- At least 5 completed projects of similar nature in the last 5 years.
- Active NTN and GST registration; not blacklisted by any government/semi-government department.
