Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office (Chief Controller of Purchase) invites sealed bids through the Federal Government eBidding System (ePADS) for the procurement of miscellaneous items (listed as "SS round etc." — 28 items) under Single Stage One/Two Envelopes Procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Eligibility: Original manufacturers, distributors, suppliers or contractors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.
- Bid Security: All bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the Bidding Documents. Acceptable forms include Pay Order, Call Deposit or an equivalent Bank Guarantee. The bid security must be placed in the Bid Security Section of the Bidding Documents and submitted in the specified format.
- E-Bidding: Detailed terms, conditions, specifications and required documents are available on the ePADS portal. Bidders must submit documents through ePADS v2.0 in accordance with instructions in the Bidding Documents. Hard-copy submissions are not acceptable where eBidding is required.
