Issuer: Executive Engineer, Building Division Jhelum under the Punjab Building Department. Procurement through the Punjab e‑Procurement System. Eligible Engineering Firms / Contractors registered with PEC in the relevant category and having valid registration on the Punjab e‑Procurement System may participate.
Key instructions: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e‑Procurement System. 5% bid security (earnest money) is required and must be submitted electronically as prescribed by the e‑Procurement System. Successful bidders will be required to furnish a 5% performance guarantee (CDR/Bank Guarantee) within 15 days. Manual bids will not be accepted. PSID and the prescribed Bid Security details are mandatory. Bids will be opened publicly at the date/time given below in presence of authorized representatives.
Bid opening (and last date for submission): 2016-09-23 at 11:30 AM (opening at the office of the Commissioner, Rawalpindi Division). All bidders must follow PPRA and Punjab e‑Procurement rules as stated in the notice.
