Cabinet Secretariat, Establishment Division (Government of Pakistan) invites applications for the post of Deputy Legal Advisor on a contractual basis under MP Scale Policy 2020. The appointment is initially for three (03) years, further extendable up to a maximum of two (02) additional years on an annual basis, subject to satisfactory performance.

| Essential Qualifications & Experience | Either: Ph.D. in Law with 5 years professional experience/practice in the High Court/Supreme Court of Pakistan; OR: Masters in Law with 7 years professional experience/practice in the High Court/Supreme Court of Pakistan. Preference for candidates experienced with service matters of government/corporation employees. |
| Primary Responsibilities | Assist the Legal Advisor in performing all legal duties, prepare documents, provide legal opinions on cases, and represent the Establishment Division as departmental representative in various courts. |
