Tender: Supply of Tablets/PADs, Colour Printers & Internet Devices for ECL&AU — Directorate General of Labour Welfare, Punjab

Issuer: Directorate General of Labour Welfare, Punjab. Project: Establishment of Elimination of Child Labour and Advocacy Unit (ECL&AU) in the Directorate General of Labour Welfare.

Purpose: Procurement of IT equipment for the ECL&AU project. Bidding is invited through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eProc) from well-reputed firms/contractors registered with relevant tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax where applicable).

Key instructions and conditions:

• Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement website (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) as per PPRA/Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Single Stage – Double Envelope Procedure).
• Lot-wise lowest rate will be accepted; work will be awarded for one complete lot to the eligible lowest bidder.
• Interested bidders must follow the bidding documents (TORs/terms & conditions). Clarifications, if any, will be provided through eProc within the stipulated timeframe.
• Successful bidder must provide Performance Guarantee / Security (up to 3% of work order amount) in the shape of CDR in favour of the Project Director of the ADP scheme.
• The Project Director reserves the right to increase/decrease required quantities and to cancel the tender as per applicable rules.
