Eligibility & Required Documents: Bidders must submit the following with their Technical Bids:
- Bid Security equal to 5% of the total estimated cost in the prescribed manner.
- An affidavit on stamp paper stating the company/firm is not blacklisted and no legal/financial proceedings are pending.
- Bank certificate / statement showing balance and financial soundness of at least 3 years.
- Proof of NTN / Income Tax registration and status as Sales Tax filer.
- Professional Tax Certificate and current company profile.
- Acceptance of terms and conditions and all required documents duly signed and stamped.
Instructions: Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended), and the Punjab e-Procurement Regulations, 2024. Bidders should submit Technical and Financial proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement portal as per the tender documents.
