Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO). Project: Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP). Financing: World Bank (IBRD - 9318-PK). Procurement: One-Envelope Bidding Process (without prequalification) under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IBRD Borrowers (November 2020).
Purpose: Installation, testing, commissioning and civil works for rehabilitation of a total of 46 nos. 11kV feeders, procured lot-wise. Bidding documents available for download free from www.mepco.com.pk or by request to MEPCO (fee for printed documents applies). Electronic bidding is not permitted. Bidders must submit bids to the address below within the specified deadline. Late bids will be rejected. Bidders must include required Bid Security and declarations.
