National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the senior management role of Group Chief, Inclusive Development Group based in Karachi. The role reports to the President and seeks an experienced banking professional to lead inclusive finance, SME, agriculture, retail and sustainable finance initiatives across the Bank and group.

| Minimum Education | Bachelor's degree (local or international) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or a related discipline (HEC-recognized). Master’s degree and/or certifications in Development Finance, Inclusive/Sustainable Finance, SME or Agricultural Finance preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 18 years’ work experience with at least 12 years in banking/financial sector, including either: 8 years as Head of SME / Agri / Commercial business OR 5 years as Head of Retail Banking. Proven leadership in managing diversified banking portfolios, SME, agriculture, commercial lending, development-focused banking, and stakeholder engagement. |

Key responsibilities include leading NBP’s inclusive development strategy (SME, Agriculture, Microfinance, Commercial & Retail), driving sustainable finance and green banking initiatives, ensuring regulatory and stakeholder engagement, overseeing divisional performance, budgeting and governance, representing the IDG at Board and senior management committees, and supporting implementation of the Bank’s strategic objectives.
