The Lahore Development Authority (UD Wing) invites tenders (Single-Stage Two-Envelope) on item-rate basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Eligible engineering firms/contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System with valid PEC license and active NTN/PNTN may participate. Procurement will follow PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Bidding is electronic; technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
