How to apply / bid submission:
- Bids shall be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.
- Bidding will follow Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014, Single Stage Two Envelope procedure where applicable. Bidding documents, terms & conditions and specifications are available online under Rule 25(1) free of cost at the PPRA and University websites: http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and http://ue.edu.pk.
- All e-bids will be opened as per PPRA Rule 31(1) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Key requirements and conditions:
- Bid Security: 2% of the estimated cost (to be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System).
- Bidders must upload a duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper via the e-Procurement system; the procuring agency may request original affidavit for verification.
- Bid validity: 90 days.
- Response times and deadlines are calculated from the publication date on the PPRA website.
