Punjab Highways Department Tenders — Rehabilitation & Special Repairs in Pakpattan (Closing 2026-10-13)

Punjab Highways Department invites e-tenders from registered engineering firms/contractors (PPRA e-Tendering). Contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system and hold a valid PEC license for Financial Year 2026-27. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted through the Punjab e‑Procurement digital payment gateway only. Performance security of 10% of the contract amount will be required from the lowest evaluated bidder within 15 days of receipt of the letter of acceptance in the form of CDR, bank draft, cashier’s cheque, pay order or bank guarantee (valid for 3 months beyond completion/extended time). Physical bid securities (CDR, pay order, demand draft) submitted with the initial bid will not be accepted; bidders must follow the digital payment procedure on e-Procurement.

Key procurement notes: bidders must quote rates item-wise and may quote percentage above, below or at the estimated/DNIT cost. All tenders must be uploaded and submitted via the Punjab e‑Procurement system. The Procuring Agency may reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
