Issuer: The Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (PESSI) — Head Office, 3-A Gulberg V, Lahore. E-Tenders are invited from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered firms/contractors on item-rate basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Eligibility & submission notes:
- Firms/contractors must be registered with PEC in the relevant category (C-5 or above) and have a valid NADRA CNIC and proof of social security contribution deposit.
- Registration and submission must be completed electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal (ep.punjab.gov.pk) / PPRA e-APPS as per PPRA rules. No physical financial instrument (e.g., original deposit slip) will be accepted. The prescribed 2% Bid Security must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System.
- Tender documents, procedures for e-procurement registration, and other details are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and PPRA website. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bid(s) as per PPRA rules.
Bid submission & opening: Closing time for submission: 08.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening: 08.10.2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically before the closing time.
