Invitation to Bid — Supply of ICU & Transport Ventilators | Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute & Research Center, Lahore

Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute & Research Center (PKLI&RC) invites e-bids from registered vendors/firms for supply of medical ventilators. Bidding documents are available free on the PKLI website and relevant procurement portals. Bids must follow PPRA rules and be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System.

Key procurement details:

- Submission method: Online only via Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Hard copies are not required and will not be accepted.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost; must be submitted electronically on Punjab e-CPS as prescribed. No physical financial instruments (C/D/BANK GUARANTEE, etc.) will be accepted. Attach electronic proof with the bid.

- Bid validity: 180 days from the date of opening.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-22.

- Interested bidders may download full bidding documents from PKLI website and Punjab procurement portals and may obtain further information from the Supply Chain Department during office hours (08:30 AM to 03:30 PM).
