Executive Engineer (Roads), Communication Works (CW), Planning & Public Health Department (P&P&H), District Sibi invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for execution of multiple road and related infrastructure works under PSDP for the year 2026–27 on percentage rates (Composite Schedule Rates CSR 2026). Registration on the Government of Balochistan Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA) is mandatory. Tender fees to be deposited through green challan in National Bank of Pakistan, Sibi branch under head C-02716 (Communication Receipt). Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Executive Engineer (Roads), CW & P&P&H Department, District Sibi.
