Sindh Madressatul Islam University Karachi Tender Notice — E-Bids via EPADS

Sindh Madressatul Islam University, Karachi invites e-bids only through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from interested contractors/firms with at least five years' relevant experience for the stated tender (No. SMILTEND/2026-27/01). Bids must be submitted under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 46(2) of SPPRA 2010.

E-bids must be submitted via EPADS by 22 July 2006 at 02:30 pm. The original tender instrument and bid security in the form of a Call Deposit / Pay Order / Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Sindh Madressatul Islam University Karachi must be delivered in a sealed envelope before the deadline; bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 pm. Bid validity is 90 days; technical evaluation will precede opening of financial bids. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
