Tender: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 16 TR Air-Cooled Package AC Units — Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi

Arts Council of Pakistan, Karachi invites sealed tenders from reputable manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, or suppliers for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new 16 TR air-cooled package air-conditioning units for the auditorium, including dismantling of existing units and associated electrical and mechanical works. Procurement will be carried out in accordance with Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) rules.

Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Tender documents (BOQ, technical specifications, drawings where applicable, and terms & conditions) are available from the Director Administration Office on submission of a written application, copies of NTN/SRB registration and ATL certificate, and payment of the prescribed tender document fee. Sealed bids must be submitted by the stated deadline and will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
