Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office (Chief Controller of Purchase), Lahore invites sealed e-bids from eligible bidders for procurement of goods as per bidding documents on EPADS v2.0. Bids are invited from original manufacturers/authorized distributors/suppliers/contractors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.
Key submission and eligibility notes: Bidding will be conducted through the e-Procurement / e-Acquisition (EPADS) system. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically. All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security in the specified form (Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, etc.) as stated in the bidding documents. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bidders should follow Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulatory guidelines. Procurement/contract will be subject to verification and applicable terms in the bidding documents.
